BETHANY, 22, SELF-AWARENESS GAINED & RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD IMPROVED

 Meghan is an intelligent, inspirational, and encouraging nutritional coach. As a knowledge user, she’s utilized basic nutrition to ensure that I was meeting all of my daily caloric values with a personalized meal plan of protein, fats, and carbs in an organized manner. She leads by example as she lives out personal values of health and fitness. She was open to sharing and listening to new studies and different approaches to health. In weekly check ins, she was very encouraging and celebrated the little victories with me. She was willing to meet me where I was and went above and beyond to help me reach my goals. By working with her, I gained a deeper understanding of how my body patterns and how it reacts to different foods and external environments.  Meghan’s approach to coaching is very patient, intentional, and diligent. She is an amazing human and wonderful role model of fitness and health.
